Frequently Asked Questions
I bought the app but don't see the unlocked content
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. This re-syncs your purchase with your Apple ID or Google account. If the issue persists, email us with your App Store or Google Play receipt.
How do I change my certification type?
Go to Settings → Certification Type and pick Type I, Type II, Type III, or Universal. The app automatically tailors practice questions and mock exams to your selection.
How do I switch between English and Spanish?
Go to Settings → Language and choose your language. Every question, explanation, and lesson updates immediately.
My progress disappeared
Study progress is stored locally on your device. If you uninstalled the app or reset your device, the data is gone permanently (we don't have access to it). Your purchase can be restored via Restore Purchases, but study history cannot.
The app crashed or froze
Try: (1) fully closing the app and reopening it, (2) restarting your device, (3) updating to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If it keeps happening, email us with exact steps to reproduce.
Can I use the app offline?
Yes. The entire app works offline after download — questions, lessons, flashcards, and mock exams. Only the initial purchase requires a connection.
Refunds
Purchases are processed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play — we don't handle refunds directly. To request a refund:
